Noorderpoort students shared their digital skills with entrepreneurs from Winschoten. The “buddy project” is a trial, where students are linked to entrepreneurs who need guidance in digitisation.

Setting up a digital store

Students Bart Bouwmeester and Milan de Vroome of the Noorderpoort were linked as buddies to the entrepreneurs of De Gameshop R&M and Julia’s Lingerie. They advised and guided the entrepreneurs in their online visibility and setting up their digital store on Winschoten24.nl. On the digital platform Winschoten24.nl, entrepreneurs from the municipality of Oldambt can offer their products online in the web store. The virtual store complements the physical store during the Corona crisis, but will also be continued after the situation normalised. Gameshop R&M and Julia’s Lingerie are enthusiastic about the trial: “Great and accessible way to share and learn digital knowledge. Highly recommended for other entrepreneurs to participate in the buddy project. We definitely recommend it. ”
